The Novatech HBC-4301 is a feature-packed Hot Bonding Controller designed to suit the requirements of today’s aviation and composite industries.
The HBC-4301 provides accurate temperature control for the manufacture and repair of composite or metal bonded components. Consisting of a versatile electronic / vacuum control case it takes advantage of Microsoft Windows to provide a simple yet powerful interface.

Additionally - two control cases can be used simultaneously to increase the control to 6x 10A heater zones and 32 thermocouple inputs.

Temperature Profiles
The HBC-4301 allows the operator to configure and visually review temperature profiles

- Automatic extension of ramp & soak times to accommodate slow response
Automatic Soak Time Protection for Adhesives
Temperature, vacuum and time are all critical when it comes to good bonded repairs. With this in mind the HBC-4301 interface has a broad range of features to ensure that every bond is given ideal time and temperature to cure.
Adhesives cure times and temperatures can be entered into the job setup - this allows the program to automatically monitor the temperature and vacuum and extend soak times to ensure the bonded repairs are given the correct soak time.
Data Storage and Review
Being able to quickly review information is an important part of the maintenance cycle. The HBC-4301 records all information for each job in a single file which reduces the risk of losing crucial data. Previous jobs are presented in a simple database within the HBC-4301 PC interface which facilitates easy review and backup.
